Introduction
FM5011HB is an integrated power management IC designed for mobile mini fans, featuring lithium battery charge management, three-level voltage output with corresponding status LED indication, and battery level display.
FM5011HB employs linear charging, covering the full charging cycle including trickle charge, constant current charge, and constant voltage charge. The float voltage accuracy reaches ±1% across the full temperature range.
FM5011HB's DC-DC boost achieves ±3% accuracy with up to 90% boost conversion efficiency, extending battery life.
FM5011HB supports 2-button control and flashlight function, and is equipped with 3 LED driver ports capable of driving 5 LEDs to display operating status, including boost discharge levels 1, 2, and 3, as well as charging and fully charged indicators.
FM5011HB features multiple protection designs, including load overcurrent protection, soft-start protection, input overvoltage protection, output short-circuit protection, and chip temperature protection. In addition, high-performance ESD protection circuits are integrated at the chip ports, ensuring extremely high reliability.
FM5011HB is currently available in an eSOP8L package.
