ZYMICRO ZYL2263-16

ZYL2263-16/ZYL2263W-16 is a dual-channel, 16-bit 20MSPS ADC designed to support data acquisition and communication applications requiring high performance, low cost, small form factor, and versatility. The dual-channel ADC core employs a differential, multi-stage pipelined architecture with integrated output error correction logic. The ZYL2263-16 integrates an internal voltage reference, while the ZYL2263W-16 requires an external voltage reference for the ADC reference voltage. ADC output data can be routed directly to two external serial LVDS interfaces, with each channel configurable for 1-bit or 2-bit output per transfer. Serial CMOS output is also supported to minimize power consumption and meet the lower power requirements of portable devices. Configuration and control programming is performed via a 4-wire SPI-compatible serial interface. The ZYL2263-16/ZYL2263W-16 is available in a 40-pin QFN package, rated for the -40°C to 85°C industrial temperature range.
