Introduction
The TLV8811 (single-channel) and TLV8812 (dual-channel) precision ultra-low-power op amp series are ideal for cost-optimized, "always-on" sensing applications in battery-powered wireless devices and low-power wired devices. With 6kHz bandwidth, 425nA quiescent current, and offset voltage trimmed below 500μV, the TLV881x amplifiers deliver high accuracy while minimizing power consumption for battery-life-sensitive devices such as CO gas detectors and portable electronics. The CMOS input stage is carefully designed to achieve ultra-low picoampere-level currents, reducing IBIAS and IOS errors that would otherwise compromise performance in high source impedance sensing applications. Built-in EMI protection reduces device susceptibility to unintended RF signals from cell phones, WiFi, wireless transmitters, and tag readers. The TLV8811 (single-channel) and TLV8812 (dual-channel) are offered in industry-standard 5-pin SOT-23 and 8-pin VSSOP packages, respectively.
