Introduction
The SoC wireless MCU CC3220x device is available in three variants: CC3220R, CC3220S, and CC3220SF. The CC3220R features 256KB RAM, IoT network security, and device identity/key. The CC3220S builds on the CC3220R with MCU-level security (e.g., file system encryption, user IP [MCU image] encryption, secure boot, and debug security).
