TI LMT86DCKR

The LMT86 is a precision CMOS temperature sensor with typical accuracy of ±0.4℃ (upper limit ±2.7℃), featuring a linear analog output voltage inversely proportional to temperature. The 2.2V supply voltage, 5.4μA quiescent current, and 0.7ms power-up time enable efficient power cycling, significantly reducing power consumption in battery-powered applications such as drones and sensor nodes. The LMT86LPG through-hole TO-92S package offers a fast thermal time constant, supporting off-board time-temperature-sensitive applications such as smoke and heat detectors. The LMT86's high accuracy over a wide operating range, combined with its other features, makes it an excellent thermistor replacement.
