Introduction
The LM25101 high-voltage gate driver is designed to drive high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFETs in synchronous buck or half-bridge configurations. Version A provides up to 3A gate drive, while versions B and C provide 2A and 1A gate drive, respectively. The outputs are independently controlled by TTL input thresholds. The device integrates a high-voltage diode for charging the high-side gate drive bootstrap capacitor. The robust level shifter offers both high operating speed and low power consumption, providing clean level translation from the control logic to the high-side gate driver. The device provides UVLO on both the low-side and high-side supply rails.
