TI SN74CBTLV3253DGVR

The SN74CBTLV3253 device is a dual 4:1 high-speed FET multiplexer and demultiplexer. This switch features a low on-state resistance, enabling connections to be established with minimal propagation delay. The select (S0, S1) inputs control the data flow. When the associated output enable (OE) input is high, the FET multiplexer/demultiplexer is disabled. The SN74CBTLV3253 device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using I_off. The I_off feature ensures that damaging current is prevented from flowing back through the device during shutdown. The device provides isolation during shutdown.
