The TLV733P-Q1 series low-dropout (LDO) linear regulators feature an ultra-small footprint and low quiescent current, delivering 300mA source current with excellent line and load transient performance. These devices offer a typical accuracy of 1%.

The TLV733P-Q1 series employs a modern capacitor-free architecture that ensures stable operation without requiring input or output capacitors. Eliminating the output capacitor helps reduce solution size and removes inrush current during startup. Furthermore, if ceramic capacitors must be used, the TLV733P-Q1 series remains stable. When output capacitors are used, the TLV733P-Q1 series also provides foldback current control during device power-up and enable. This feature is especially important for battery-powered devices.
