Introduction
The TLV702-Q1 series low-dropout (LDO) linear regulators are low quiescent current devices with excellent line transient and load transient performance. These LDOs are designed for power-sensitive applications. A high-precision bandgap reference and an error amplifier provide 2% overall accuracy. These devices feature low output noise, very high PSRR, and low dropout voltage, making them ideal for a wide range of battery-powered devices. All device versions include thermal shutdown and current limiting protection for safety. In addition, these devices remain stable with an effective output capacitance of only 0.1 μF. This characteristic allows the use of cost-effective capacitors with higher bias voltage and temperature derating. These devices can regulate to a specified accuracy without output load. The TLV702-Q1 series LDO linear regulators are available in SOT and WSON packages.
