Introduction
The OPA145 and OPA2145 (OPAx145) devices belong to the low-power JFET-input amplifier series, featuring excellent drift, low current noise, and picoampere-level input bias current. These characteristics make the OPAx145 highly suitable for amplifying small signals generated by high-impedance sensors. Modern single-supply precision analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) and digital-to-analog converters (DACs) can achieve rail-to-rail output swing characteristics. Additionally, the input range including V– allows designers to simplify power management and fully utilize the single-supply low-noise JFET architecture. The OPAx145 precision JFET technology can provide excellent linear input impedance.
