Introduction
The TLV900x-Q1 series includes single-channel (TLV9001-Q1), dual-channel (TLV9002-Q1), and quad-channel (TLV9004-Q1) low-voltage (1.8V to 5.5V) operational amplifiers with rail-to-rail input and output swing capabilities. These operational amplifiers provide a cost-effective solution for automotive applications (such as infotainment systems and lighting) that are space-constrained and require low-voltage operation and high capacitive load driving. The capacitive load driver of the TLV900x-Q1 series has a capacitance of 500pF, and the resistive open-loop output impedance enables it to achieve stability more easily under higher capacitive loads. These operational amplifiers are designed for low operating voltages (1.8V to 5.5V), and their performance specifications are similar to those of the TLV600x-Q1 devices. The robust design of the TLV900x-Q1 series simplifies circuit design. These operational amplifiers are unity-gain stable, integrate RFI and EMI suppression filters, and do not exhibit phase reversal under overdrive conditions.
