Cross chip CC6101ST

CC6101 is a latching Hall-effect switch IC fabricated using an advanced BiCMOS process, offering excellent temperature stability and high resistance to mechanical stress, with a maximum operating temperature of 150℃. The CC6101 employs dynamic offset cancellation technology and a proprietary temperature compensation technique patented by Sinotek Microelectronics, significantly reducing offset voltage caused by package stress, ambient temperature variations, and other factors, ensuring consistent magnetic sensitivity across devices.

The CC6101 integrates a regulated output module, Hall element, signal amplification module, dynamic offset cancellation module, and a power output stage with current-limiting protection. When the south pole of a magnetic field approaches the CC6101TO-marked face of the IC and the field strength reaches the threshold, the power transistor turns on and the output goes low. When the north pole approaches the CC6101TO-marked face and the field strength reaches the threshold, the power transistor turns off and the output goes high. The built-in voltage regulator module allows the IC to operate over a supply voltage range of 2.5V to 28V.

The CC6101 is available in TO-92S and TSOT23-3 packages, both RoHS compliant, with an operating temperature range of -40~150℃.
