The TLV767 is a wide input range linear regulator supporting an input voltage range of 2.5V to 16V and load currents up to 1A. The output range is 0.8V to 6.6V, with outputs up to 14.6V in the adjustable version.

In addition, the TLV767 offers 1% output accuracy, meeting the requirements of low-voltage MCUs and processors.

By design, the TLV767's I_Q is significantly lower than that of conventional wide input voltage regulators, enabling the device to fully meet increasingly stringent standby power consumption requirements. When disabled, the TLV767 consumes only 1.5μA of I_Q.

Internal soft-start timing and foldback current limiting reduce inrush current during startup, minimizing input capacitance.

High-bandwidth PSRR performance exceeding 70dB at 1kHz and 46dB at 1MHz helps attenuate the switching frequency of upstream DC/DC converters and minimizes post-regulator filtering. For greater flexibility, the TLV767 is available in both fixed and adjustable voltage versions.

The TLV767 is available in a 6-pin 2mm × 2mm WSON package, an 8-pin 3mm × 3mm HVSSOP (DGN) package, and a 5-pin 2.9mm × 1.6mm SOT-23 (DBV) package.
