Introduction
BL0939 is a built-in clock, calibration-free energy metering IC suitable for single-phase multi-function energy meters, smart sockets, smart home appliances, e-bike charging stations, and other applications, offering high cost-effectiveness. BL0939 integrates 3 high-precision Sigma-Delta ADCs, capable of simultaneously measuring 2 current channels and 1 voltage channel. BL0939 can measure RMS current, RMS voltage, active power, active energy, and other parameters. It supports fast RMS current output (for leakage monitoring or overcurrent protection), temperature detection, waveform output, and other functions. Data is output via UART/SPI interface, fully meeting the requirements of smart sockets, smart home appliances, single-phase multi-function energy meters, e-bike charging stations, and large-scale electricity data collection applications. BL0939 features a patented anti-creep design that, combined with appropriate external hardware design, ensures noise power is not counted into energy pulses when no current is present.

- Integrated SPI (max rate 900KHz) / UART (4800bps) communication; UART supports multi-chip addressed communication (SSOP20L package)
- Internal power loss detection; chip enters reset state when supply drops below 2.7V
- Built-in 1.218V reference voltage source
