Shenzhen Sunmoon Micro SM16306SJ

SM16306SJ is an LED constant current driver chip with built-in CMOS shift register and latch function. It can convert serial input data into parallel output data format.

SM16306SJ has a working voltage of 3.3V - 5.5V and provides 16 current sources, which can provide a constant current of 3mA~32mA at each output port; and the output current difference of a single IC chip is less than ±2.5%; the output between multiple ICs The current difference is less than ±3.5%; the channel output current does not vary with the change of the output voltage (VDS); and the current is less than 1% affected by the voltage and ambient temperature; the output current of each channel is adjusted by an external resistor.

The SM16306SJ supports the clock frequency up to 25MHz, which can meet the system requirement for massive data transmission.
