The HX6659 series is a linear Hall-effect sensor that responds proportionally to magnetic flux density. Its internal circuitry comprises a Hall sensor, a linear amplifier, and a CMOS output stage. The sensor features high-speed, low-noise output characteristics, delivering linear performance across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. In the absence of a magnetic field, the analog output voltage is half the supply voltage. The output voltage varies linearly with the applied magnetic flux density, with multiple sensitivity options available to accommodate different sensing ranges. The sensor detects magnetic flux perpendicular to the top of the package and is offered in both SOT-23 SMT and TO-92S through-hole package configurations.
