Introduction
KP15114HSPA is a highly integrated boost PFC constant-voltage power switch. The device operates in quasi-resonant mode with active power factor correction control, meeting the requirements of high power factor, ultra-low harmonic distortion, and high efficiency. KP15114HSPA integrates demagnetization signal detection, along with a high-voltage startup supply circuit and a high-voltage MOSFET. No auxiliary winding is required for demagnetization detection or power supply. Minimal external components are needed, greatly simplifying system design and reducing production costs. KP15114HSPA incorporates comprehensive protection features to ensure safe and reliable system operation, including: VDD undervoltage lockout (UVLO), cycle-by-cycle current limiting (OCP), overtemperature protection (OTP), output overvoltage protection (OVP), and output undervoltage protection (UVP).
