The LMZM23600 integrated inductor power module is specifically designed for space-constrained industrial applications. This device offers two fixed output voltages of 5V and 3.3V, as well as an adjustable (ADJ) output voltage option supporting a range from 1.2V to 15V. The LMZM23600 has an input voltage range of 4V to 36V and can provide an output current of up to 500mA. This power module is extremely simple to use, and only 2 external components are required for a 5V or 3.3V output design. All aspects of the LMZM23600 are optimized for space-constrained, performance-driven, low-EMI industrial applications. The open-drain power good output provides a true indication of the system status without the need for additional monitoring components, thus saving costs and board space. The seamless transition between PWM and PFM modes and a no-load supply current of only 28μA ensure high efficiency and excellent transient response across the entire load current range. To facilitate output current adjustment, the LMZM23600 is pin-to-pin compatible with the LMZM23601, which supports an output current of 1000mA.
