TI TMUX1208RSVR

The TMUX1208 and TMUX1209 are general-purpose CMOS MUXs. The TMUX1208 offers an 8:1 single-ended channel, while the TMUX1209 offers a differential 4:1 or dual 4:1 single-ended channel. A wide supply voltage operating range of 1.08V to 5.5V supports operation across a variety of applications. The devices support bidirectional analog and digital signals ranging from GND to VDD on the source (Sx) and drain (D) pins. All logic inputs feature 1.8V logic-compatible thresholds, which ensure TTL and CMOS logic compatibility when the device operates within the valid supply voltage range. Fault-protection logic circuitry allows voltage to be applied to the control pins before the supply pins, protecting the device from potential damage.
