TI TPL0401B-10QDCKRQ1

The TPL0401x-10-Q1 is a single-channel linear-taper digital potentiometer with 128 wiper positions. The low terminal of the TPL0401x-10-Q1 is internally connected to GND. The wiper position can be adjusted via the I²C interface. The TPL0401x-10-Q1 is available in a 6-pin SC70 package, rated for a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. This device features a 10 kΩ end-to-end resistance and operates over a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V. These devices are widely used for setting voltage references in low-power DDR3 memory applications.
