TI TPL0401B-10DCKR

The TPL0401 is a single-channel linear taper digital potentiometer with 128 tap positions. The TPL0401A/B has an internal low terminal connected to GND. The tap position can be adjusted via the I²C interface. The TPL0401 is available in a 6-pin SC-70 package with a rated temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The device features a 10kΩ end-to-end resistance and operates over a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V. These devices are widely used for setting voltage references in low-power DDR3 memory. The TPL0401A/B has an internal low terminal connected to GND. The TPL0401C has an internal high terminal that is floating.
