TRF37T05 is a low-noise direct quadrature modulator with excellent time-division duplex (TDD) performance. It enables direct conversion of complex modulated signals from baseband or IF to RF. TRF37T05 is a high-performance, high-linearity device optimized for upconversion with best-in-class performance across the 300MHz to 4GHz range. This modulator is implemented as a double-balanced mixer. The RF output block incorporates a differential-to-single-ended converter capable of driving a single-ended 50Ω load. TRF37T05 requires a 0.25V common-mode voltage for optimal linearity performance. TRF37T05 also features a fast power-down pin that can be used to reduce power dissipation while maintaining optimized modulated carrier feedthrough performance in TDD applications. TRF37T05 is available in an RGE-24 ultra-thin quad flat no-lead (VQFN) package.
