The TPS25942 and TPS25944 eFuse power MUX are compact, feature-rich power management devices with a comprehensive suite of protection functions. The wide operating range enables control of many commonly used DC bus voltages. Integrated back-to-back FETs provide bidirectional current control, making these devices ideal for power multiplexing and systems with multiple power supplies.

The devices also offer numerous programmable protection features for loads, power supplies, and the devices themselves. To meet specific system requirements, thresholds can be set for undervoltage, overvoltage, overcurrent, dV₀/dt slew rate, power good, and inrush current protection. For system status monitoring and downstream load control, the devices provide PGOOD, FLT, and precision current monitor outputs.

The TPS25942 and TPS25944 monitor V₍IN₎ and V₍OUT₎ to provide true reverse output blocking when V₍IN₎ < (V₍OUT₎ - 10mV). The devices can be configured to assign primary/auxiliary power supply priority using the FLT and DMODE pins.
