The TPS1H200A-Q1 device is a fully protected single-channel high-side power switch with an integrated 200mΩ NMOS power FET. The adjustable current limit improves system reliability by limiting inrush or overload current. High-accuracy current limiting enhances overload protection, simplifying leading-edge power supply design. In addition to current limiting, other configurable features provide design flexibility in terms of functionality, cost, and thermal dissipation. The device supports full diagnostics with a digital status output. Open-load detection is available in both ON and OFF states. The device operates with or without an MCU. Stand-alone mode allows the device to be used in isolated systems.
