Introduction
The SN74CB3Q3305 is a high-bandwidth FET bus switch that utilizes a charge pump to boost the gate voltage of the pass transistor, providing a flat low on-state resistance (rₒₙ). The flat low on-state resistance enables very short propagation delays and allows switching of input voltages beyond the supply voltage range on the data I/O ports. The device also features low data I/O capacitance to minimize capacitive loading and signal distortion on the data bus. The SN74CB3Q3305 is designed to support high-bandwidth applications, offering an optimized interface solution well-suited for broadband communications, networking, and data-intensive computing systems. The device fully meets the specifications for partial power-down applications using Iₒff. The Iₒff circuit prevents damaging current backflow into the device when it is powered down. The device provides isolation when disabled.
