Introduction
This 2-bit non-inverting translator uses two separate configurable power-supply rails. Port A is designed to track VCCA. VCCA accepts any supply voltage value ranging from 0.9V to 3.6V. Port B is designed to track VCCB. VCCB accepts any supply voltage value ranging from 0.9V to 3.6V. This enables low-voltage bidirectional translation between 1V, 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V voltage nodes. For the TXB0302, when the output enable (OE) input is low, all outputs are placed in a high-impedance state. To ensure the high-impedance state during power-up or power-down, OE should be connected to GND through a pulldown resistor; the minimum value of this resistor is determined by the driver's current sourcing capability. The TXB0302 is designed to use VCCA to power the OE input circuitry. This device is fully compliant with the specifications for partial power-down applications using I(off). The I(off) circuitry disables the outputs, thereby preventing damaging current backflow through the device when it is powered down.
