TI TPS51200MDRCTEP

The TPS51200-EP is a sink/source DDR termination regulator designed for low-input-voltage, low-cost, low-noise systems where board space is a critical consideration. The TPS51200-EP maintains fast transient response with a minimum output capacitance of only 20μF. The TPS51200-EP supports remote sensing and meets all power requirements for DDR, DDR2, DDR3, Low Power DDR3, and DDR4 VTT buses. In addition, the TPS51200-EP provides an open-drain PGOOD signal to monitor the output regulation, and an EN signal to discharge VTT for DDR during S3 (Suspend to RAM). The TPS51200-EP is available in a thermally enhanced 10-pin VSON package with an exposed thermal pad, lead-free and RoHS compliant. It is rated for an operating temperature range of -55℃ to +125℃.
