TI LM26480QSQ-AA/NOPB

The LM26480-Q1 is an automotive-certified multi-functional power management unit (PMU) optimized for low-power digital applications. This device integrates two high-efficiency 1.5A step-down DC/DC converters and two 300mA linear regulators. The DC/DC step-down converters offer a typical efficiency of 96%, enabling minimum power consumption. The device provides functions such as soft start, undervoltage lockout, current overload protection, and thermal overload protection. It also features an internal power-on reset (POR) circuit to monitor the output voltage levels on step-down converters 1 and 2.
