Introduction
The HT73xx-7 series is a group of low-power, high-voltage regulators implemented in CMOS technology. CMOS technology ensures low dropout voltage and low quiescent current characteristics. The input voltage can be as high as 30V, with several fixed output voltages ranging from 2.1V to 5.0V. When the CE input pin is low, a fast discharge path pulls down the output voltage through a built-in pull-down resistor. Even if the output pin is shorted to ground, the built-in overcurrent protection circuit prevents damage to the device. The over-temperature protection circuit ensures that the junction temperature will not exceed 150°C.
