Introduction
The STM32F030x microcontrollers incorporate a high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M0 32-bit RISC core operating at 48 MHz, high-speed embedded memories (up to 256 KB Flash and 32 KB SRAM), and an extensive range of enhanced peripherals and I/O ports. All devices feature standard communication interfaces (up to two I2C, two SPI, and six USART), one 12-bit ADC, seven general-purpose 16-bit timers, and one advanced-control PWM timer.
The STM32F030x microcontrollers operate over a temperature range of -40 to +85 °C with a supply voltage range of 2.4 to 3.6 V. A comprehensive set of power-saving modes is available, enabling users to design low-power applications.
The STM32F030x microcontroller family includes devices offered in four different package options (20-pin to 64-pin). The peripheral combination varies depending on the selected device.
