Introduction
The ME2100 series DC/DC ICs are PFM switching DC/DC boost converters with low quiescent current, fabricated using CMOS process technology. This series employs advanced circuit design and manufacturing processes to significantly reduce the inherent noise of switching circuits and minimize interference with surrounding circuitry. Output voltage ranges from 2.0V to 7.0V (in 0.1V increments), with an oscillation frequency of 100KHz (typical). For ME2100Xxx variants with a built-in switching transistor, only three external components are required to form a DC/DC boost circuit: one Schottky diode, one inductor, and one capacitor. The ME2100Cxx with CE pin features a shutdown function that minimizes IC power consumption. This series is suitable for battery-powered devices requiring low noise and relatively high current.
