ESPRESSIF ESP32-H2-MINI-1U-H4

ESP32-H2-MINI-1 and ESP32-H2-MINI-1U are general-purpose, low-power Bluetooth and IEEE 802.15.4 dual-mode modules. Featuring powerful performance and rich peripheral interfaces, they are suitable for IoT applications such as embedded systems, smart home, and wearable electronics. ESP32-H2-MINI-1 uses a PCB on-board antenna, while ESP32-H2-MINI-1U connects to an external antenna via a connector. Both modules are equipped with flash. Both modules are available in three variants:

• 2 MB flash (105°C)
• 4 MB flash (105°C)
• 4 MB flash (85°C)

The three variants differ only in flash model and operating temperature. Both modules are based on the ESP32-H2 chip. The ESP32-H2 integrates a low-power RISC-V 32-bit single-core processor running at up to 96 MHz. The CPU can be powered down while a low-power co-processor monitors peripheral state changes or whether certain analog signals exceed a threshold. The ESP32-H2 integrates a rich set of peripherals, including I2C, I2S, SPI, UART, ADC, LED PWM, ETM, GDMA, PCNT, PARLIO, RMT, TWAI, MCPWM, USB Serial/JTAG, temperature sensor, general-purpose timers, system timer, watchdog timers, and 19 GPIOs.
