Wuxi Maxinmicro MX74700T

MX74700T works with an external N-channel MOSFET as an ideal diode rectifier, achieving low-loss reverse protection with a 20mV forward voltage drop. The wide supply input range of 3.2V to 100V enables control across numerous common DC bus voltages, such as 12V, 24V, and 48V automotive battery systems. The device withstands negative supply voltages as low as -100V and provides load protection. It regulates the forward voltage drop to 20mV by controlling the MOSFET gate. Smooth turn-off is supported when current reverses, ensuring zero DC reverse current. The device responds quickly to reverse current. The MX74700 controller provides a charge pump gate driver for the external N-channel MOSFET. When the enable pin is low, the controller shuts down, consuming approximately 1μA of current.
