Introduction
The SCH16T-K01 is a sensor combining high-performance triaxial angular rate and triaxial acceleration measurement in a single device. The angular rate and acceleration sensing elements are based on proven capacitive 3D MEMS technology. Signal processing is performed by a single mixed-signal ASIC, which provides angular rate and acceleration data via a flexible digital interface compliant with SafeSPI v2.0. The sensing elements and ASIC are packaged in a pre-molded 24-pin SOIC plastic housing, ensuring reliable operation throughout the product lifetime. The component is designed, manufactured, and tested for high stability, reliability, and quality requirements, with outputs exhibiting excellent stability across temperature, humidity, and vibration environments. The component features multiple advanced self-diagnostic functions, is suitable for SMT, and complies with RoHS and ELV directives.
