The TMAG5115 is a high-performance Hall-effect latch sensor featuring fast propagation delay and low jitter. The device offers high sensitivity stability across temperature and provides integrated protection functions designed for high-speed rotation applications. The combination of low jitter and low propagation delay helps improve power efficiency and reduce parasitic system-level noise.

The device features an open-drain output stage with 15mA sink current capability. The TMAG5115 operates over a wide supply voltage range of 2.5V to 26V, suitable for a broad range of industrial and commercial applications. It incorporates internal protection against output short-circuit, overcurrent, and overtemperature conditions.

The TMAG5115 is available in an industry-standard SOT-23 package.
