Introduction
The TLP152 is an optocoupler in an SO6 package, consisting of a GaAlAs infrared LED optically coupled to an integrated high-gain, high-speed photodetector IC. The photodetector IC features internal shielding to deliver high common-mode transient immunity of ±20kV/μs, providing excellent noise rejection between the input and output pins. The TLP152 features a totem-pole output capable of both sinking and sourcing current. Suitable for direct drive of small IGBTs or power MOSFETs.
