WF162L - 11Bar is a pressure sensor without temperature calibration compensation. Its core component is a MEMS piezoresistive pressure sensor chip with silicon-silicon bonding structure, using an N-type substrate with P-type piezoresistors forming a Wheatstone full bridge. Under standard supply voltage, the sensor outputs a millivolt-level voltage signal with excellent linearity to the measured pressure, featuring high sensitivity and good repeatability. The product adopts an LGA package with PCB and metal housing, facilitating SMT assembly for customers.
