Cross chip CC6503ST3

CC6503 is a high-performance single-ended output linear Hall sensor chip, using a single-ended analog output method. When the south pole of the magnetic field approaches the silk screen surface, the output value decreases. The chip is manufactured using advanced BiCMOS process and has the advantage of high Hall coefficient.

CC6503 uses Hall temperature compensation technology, and the product can work normally between -40~85℃ with little change in sensitivity. In the absence of a magnetic field, the static output of the chip is 50%VCC. CC6503 has a wide linear output range. Under the condition of a power supply voltage of 5V, VOUT can vary linearly with the magnetic field between 0.5~4.5V, and the signal output intensity has been greatly improved compared with the traditional single-ended output. The integrated dynamic offset cancellation circuit ensures that the sensitivity and static output voltage are not affected by external pressure and packaging stress. The chopping frequency is as high as 1MHz, with high bandwidth and fast response speed.
