UMW TSV91x and TSV91xA series op-amps feature low-voltage operation with rail-to-rail input and output, delivering an excellent speed-to-power ratio — providing 8MHz gain bandwidth product at a maximum supply current of only 1.1mA from a 5V supply. These op-amps are unity-gain stable with ultra-low input bias current. They are ideal for sensor interfaces, battery-powered portable applications, and active filtering.
