Introduction
The IXOLAR™ SolarBIT is an ANYSOLAR product line made from single-crystal silicon high-efficiency solar cells. IXOLAR™ SolarBIT is ideal for charging a wide range of battery-powered handheld consumer products, such as mobile phones, cameras, RFID tags, PDAs, MP3 players, and toys. They are also suitable for industrial applications, including wireless sensors, portable instruments, and charging emergency backup batteries. Measured at the wafer level, SolarBIT cells typically achieve an efficiency of 25%, extending operating time even under "low-light" conditions while increasing battery life and runtime in a compact form factor — making it easy to integrate into portable product designs. The design allows flexible series and/or parallel configurations of SolarBIT units to precisely meet application power requirements. IXOLAR™ products offer excellent spectral response across a wide wavelength range, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. Product dimensions (L × W × H) are 23 x 8.0 x 1.2 [mm], weight is 0.4 g, storage and operating temperature range is -40°C ~ +90°C, and the product is RoHS compliant.
