IXOLAR SolarBIT is the ANYSOLAR SolarBIT product line made from single-crystal silicon high-efficiency solar cells. IXOLAR SolarBIT is ideally suited for charging a wide range of battery-powered and handheld consumer products, such as mobile phones, cameras, RFID tags, PDAs, MP3 players, and toys. They are also suitable for industrial applications including wireless sensors, portable instruments, and charging emergency backup batteries. Measured at the wafer level, cell efficiency is typically 25%. SolarBIT extends operating time even under "low-light" conditions, increases battery life and runtime in a compact form factor, and is convenient for use in portable product designs. The design allows flexible series and/or parallel configurations of SolarBITs to perfectly match the power requirements of any application. IXOLAR products exhibit excellent photon response across a wide wavelength range, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. Product dimensions (L × W × H) are 23 × 8 × 1.2 mm, weight is 0.4 g, storage and operating temperature range is -40°C ~ +90°C, and the product is RoHS compliant.
