Introduction
IXOLAR™ SolarBIT is an ANYSOLAR SolarBIT product line made from high-efficiency monocrystalline silicon solar cells. IXOLAR™ SolarBIT is ideal for charging a wide range of battery-powered and handheld consumer products, such as mobile phones, cameras, RFID tags, PDAs, MP3 players, and toys. They are also suitable for industrial applications, including wireless sensors, portable instruments, and charging emergency backup batteries. At wafer-level measurement, SolarBIT cells typically achieve an efficiency of 25%, enabling extended operation even under "low-light" conditions, and increasing battery life and runtime in a compact form factor — easily implemented in portable product designs. The design allows flexible series and/or parallel configurations of SolarBITs to precisely meet application power requirements. IXOLAR™ products exhibit excellent spectral response across a wide wavelength range, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. Product dimensions (L × W × H): 23 x 8.0 x 1.8 [mm], weight: 0.6 g, storage temperature: -40°C ~ +90°C, operating temperature: -40°C ~ +90°C, RoHS compliant.
