Shenzhen Nsiway Tech NS4160

The NS4160 is a 5W mono audio power amplifier featuring AB/D class switching, ultra-low EMI, and filterless operation. A single control pin switches the device between Class AB and Class D modes to suit different application environments. Even in Class D mode, NS4160 employs advanced technology to significantly reduce EMI across the full bandwidth, minimizing interference with other components. The filterless PWM modulation architecture and built-in feedback resistors reduce external component count, PCB area, and system cost. NS4160 incorporates OCP, OTP, and UVLO to protect the device from damage under abnormal operating conditions. Combined with spread-spectrum technology and an optimized circuit design, efficiency of up to 90% makes it ideal for portable audio products. NS4160 is available in an eSOP8 package and is rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
