TI INA216A3YFFR

The INA216 is a high-side voltage-output current shunt monitor capable of sensing the voltage drop across a shunt resistor over a common-mode voltage range of +1.8V to +5.5V. Four fixed gain options are available: 25V/V, 50V/V, 100V/V, and 200V/V. The zero-drift architecture's low offset enables current sensing with a full-scale maximum voltage drop across the shunt as low as 10mV, or with a wide dynamic range exceeding 1000:1. These devices operate from a single +1.8V to +5.5V supply, drawing a maximum supply current of 25μA. The INA216 family is rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and is available in a chip-scale package. These devices include limited built-in ESD protection.
