ADI ADG5412BRUZ-REEL7

The ADG5412/ADG5413 contain four independent SPST switches. The ADG5412 switches turn on when the relevant control input is logic 1. The ADG5413 has two switches with digital control logic similar to the ADG5412, while the other two switches have inverted control logic. When on, each switch conducts equally in both directions, with the input signal range extendable to the supply voltage range. In the off condition, signal levels equal to the supply voltage are blocked.

The ADG5412 and ADG5413 have no VL pin. The digital inputs are compatible with 3 V logic inputs over the entire operating voltage range.

The on-resistance profile is very flat across the entire analog input range, ensuring excellent linearity and low distortion when switching audio signals. The high switching speed also makes these devices suitable for video signal switching applications. The ADG5413 is a break-before-make switch, suitable for multiplexer applications.
