ADI ADM3260ARSZ

The ADM3260 is a hot-swappable digital and power isolator featuring two latch-free, bidirectional communication channels, providing a complete isolated I²C interface and an integrated isolated DC-DC converter supporting up to 150 mW of isolated power conversion. The bidirectional I²C channels eliminate the need to split I²C signals into separate transmit and receive signals for use with discrete optocouplers. The on-chip isolated DC-DC converter delivers a regulated isolated voltage of 3.15 V to 5.25 V with a maximum output power of 150 mW. With the ADM3260, iCoupler and isoPower channels along with the I2C transceiver are integrated into a semiconductor circuit, realizing a fully isolated I2C interface and power converter in a compact package. The ADM3260 is offered in a 20-pin SSOP package with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C.
