Introduction
High-speed voltage feedback, rail-to-rail output amplifiers with an ultralow quiescent current of 500 μA, ideal for low-power, high-resolution data conversion systems. Despite their low power consumption, these devices deliver excellent overall performance. They feature 105 MHz high bandwidth at +1 gain, 160 V/μs high slew rate, and a 125 μV maximum low input offset voltage. A shutdown pin allows the quiescent supply current to be further reduced to 2.9 μA. For power-sensitive applications, shutdown mode offers an ultrafast turn-on time of 3 μs. It can disable the amplifier between ADC samples, allowing users to dynamically manage amplifier power consumption. ADI's proprietary eXtra Fast Complementary Bipolar (XFCB) process enables low voltage and current noise (5.9 nV/√Hz, 0.6 pA/√Hz). Supporting a wide supply voltage range of ±1.5 V to ±5 V as well as 3 V and 5 V single-supply operation, these devices are ideal for high-speed, low-power instrumentation. Available in 6-pin SOT-23, 6-pin SC70, and 8-pin MSOP packages. These amplifiers are rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C industrial temperature range.
