The TPS3710 wide supply voltage detector operates over a voltage range of 1.8V to 18V. The device features a high-precision comparator with an internal reference voltage of 400mV and an open-drain output rated at 18V for accurate voltage detection. The monitored voltage can be set using external resistors. When the voltage on the SENSE pin falls below (VIT–), the OUT pin is driven low, and when the voltage returns above the corresponding threshold (VIT+), the OUT pin goes high. The TPS3701 comparator has built-in hysteresis to suppress short glitch pulses, ensuring stable output operation without false triggering. The TPS3710 is available in an SOT-6 package and a 1.5mm × 1.5mm WSON-6 package, with a rated operating junction temperature range of –40°C to +125°C.
