TI ISO3080DWR

The ISO3080 and ISO3086 devices are isolated full-duplex differential line drivers and receivers, while the ISO3082 and ISO3088 devices are isolated half-duplex differential line transceivers for TIA/EIA-485/422 applications. By breaking ground loops, these devices operate over a much wider common-mode voltage range, making them well suited for long-distance transmission lines. The symmetric isolation barrier has been tested to provide 2500VRMS isolation for 60s between the bus transceiver and logic-level interface per UL1577. All I/Os with cabling are susceptible to electrical transient noise from various sources. If these transients have sufficient amplitude and duration, they can damage the transceiver or nearby sensitive circuitry. These isolated devices significantly improve protection and reduce the risk of damage to costly control circuits. The ISO3080, ISO3082, ISO3086, and ISO3088 devices are rated for a temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃.
