Introduction
The LMV821/LMV822/LMV824 op amps deliver outstanding performance and cost efficiency for low-voltage, low-power systems. These devices feature a unity-gain bandwidth of 5MHz (at 2.7V supply voltage) and a slew rate of 1.4V/μs, with a quiescent current of only 220μA/amplifier. They provide rail-to-rail output (RRO) swing driving 600Ω loads. The input common-mode voltage range includes ground, with a maximum input offset voltage of 3.5mV. These devices also easily drive large capacitive loads as described in the Applications section. The LMV821 single-channel op amp is available in the miniature SC70-5 package, which is approximately half the size of the SOT23-5. The LMV824NDGV is rated over the extended industrial temperature range and offered in a TVSOP package.
